  1. When you engage Varsity we do not work with any other similar firm or position, and are therefore totally committed to helping you find the best lawyer for your team.

2. Unlike most recruiters who submit candidates to as many firms as possible, we work with you exclusively throughout your search and every candidate presented is yours.

3. We invest the time up front to develop a complete list of must-haves, build an attractive position description, and identify candidates who meet those parameters. 

4. We conduct screening interviews to narrow down the list of candidates to those who both truly fit your needs but also who are likely to accept the position.

5. We present finalists to you with notes from the screening interviews, reports from the renowned Harrison Assessment, and guidance on how to conduct your own interviews.

6. We counsel you through the offer and negotiation stage, as well as onboarding of the selected candidate and the initial weeks of his/her employment.
